Summary - A highly regarded international firm in advanced telecoms asked our US and EU team to design a bespoke transformation programme for its senior and middle management. The programme was based on building strong internal and external partnerships. Each individual had a personal partnering profile and development programme for improving team behaviour and performance.

Result - Developed a Corporate Social Responsiblity methodology

Summary - We developed a business simulation for a global management consultancy company in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which was then incorporated into the company's service offering to major corporate clients. We worked with their subject matter experts to develop and trial the simulator which was then incorporated into the company's service offering to meet the market needs and major client expecations.

Result - Improved capacity planning for 1200 professional staff

Summary -  A new market sector based approach to skills and capacity planning was developed for the UK board of a top 10 design and project management firm. The high quality model enabled the assessment of new skills needed and over-capacity on a national, regional and local basis for more than 1,200 professionals. The firm was able to use a combination of transfers, skills changes and a national approach to its use of contract workers to manage its business more effectively.

Result - Significant improvement in team behaviour

Summary - The executives had differing priorities, experience, focus and confidence. The business required a single, committed team, assuring high quality delivery. We built shared understanding about quality and judgements; commitment and confidence in a new role and created the key operational components of the new role.
