All Associates need to demonstrate their achievements to date and relevant sector experience. The capability to help grow and sustain high quality networks of clients is a distinct advantage. We have high quality induction processes for new members as part of our ISO 9001 system.
For business partnerships, such as a business to business alliance, we are interested in the strength and depth of your team and client references. As we work at the cutting edge of strategy, strategic cost management and cultural change systems, both parties need to assess the areas of potential overlap or gaps in service offering.
