Result - High added value support to Major SME Enterprise Programme
The team developed a new method and management approach to enable SMEs to work as substantial virtual enterprises in key sectors of aerospace, environmental technology, marine, chemicals, healthcare and manufacturing. The client was a not for profit set up by an RDA as a central management organization. The team carried our a range of project within the programme. These are summarised below.

Result - Significant improvement in external communications for the university
Starting with a Business Social Media Health check we then helped the industrial engagement arm of a major UK university to devise a business-led integrated social media strategy for engaging with businesses in their catchment area. This covered blogging, email marketing, LinkedIn, twitter, online/offline community and CRM.
