Andrew Crossley

Andrew has worked in the engineering, project management, construction and consulting industries for over 30 years. He is on management and steering groups in the UK and the USA and holds directorships at UK businesses. Andrew was seconded part time to set up a not for dividend group sponsored by a government agency between 2006 and 2008. In 2011/12 he was seconded to project manage the set up and launch of the Bristol-Oxford (Universities) Nuclear Research Centre. From 2013 he was the lead author of the 'Joint Bidding Guide' for the Welsh Government and led its demonstration project programme to 2016. From 2013 he has taught engineering and asset management at the University of Bristol where he is Engineerings Faculty Quality Team Chair and on the University's Academic Quality and Standards Committee. From 2016 he became the Chief Examiner of the Institute of Asset Management.

Ken has written three books the most recent being “The Networked Enterprise” which offers a practical road map for establishing effective collaboration between different organisations in either the private or public sectors. Ken’s previous book “Bioteams” which proposes a new model for High-Performing Teams based on scientific observations on natures groups was featured in WIRED MAGAGAZINE and described by the Managing Director of Yahoo Europe as “The radical new model for teams in today’s world”.
